KO-450 Container sanitation car
Intended for removal of different housekeeping and construction waste, accumulated in removable containers.The specialized equipment includes the following basic units: over-frame, boom, container, outrigger, hydraulic system, pipelines system, electric equipment.Open type removable container is mounted on the sanitation car. The container's unloading is carried out by dumping method. The angle of the container's rising is defined visually per the degree of discharging. There are main hydraulic actuators of the container's travel fasten on the car, as well as a two-fork outrigger, on the ends of which the container is fastened through chain suspension.On the rear on removable brackets two hydraulic actuators of outriggers are fastened rigidly. It is to operate the sanitation car with several removable containers. The sanitation car is intended for operationing in the regions with moderate climate, and the lower value of air temperature - 30°C. High-quality multilayer painting of all the units and parts before the assembly in combination with solid weld seams prevent formation of corrosion pestholes and provide reliability and durability of the metal constructions.
