KO-502B-2 Channels-flushing machine
The machine is intended for cleaning of storm water sewer from sludge and plugs. The specialized equipment consists of the tank, the water pump with the drive, the drum with coiled hose, the hydraulic system and auxiliary equipment. The machine is supplemented by a set of washout heads which are applied depending on the diameter of the pipes being cleaned and the degree of their dockage. The washout head under the influence of reactive thrust is moving forward along the pipe and washes out the sludge with high pressure water stream. The welded tank consists of the shell, 2 bottoms, 2stem cutting bars, the upper throat with a lift-up lid, the filter and the faucet for water refueling. The water pump with the drive is installed on the frame behind the tank. The pump's drive is operating from the transfer box with the help of the driveshaft. The transfer box is mounted on the frame under the tank. The water hydraulic system consists of 4-way faucet, the suction and discharge pipes, the high-pressure hose with a washout muzzle. The control of operation of the water system is implemented by a 4-way faucet. The hydraulic equipment is intended for the drive of rotation of the drum with the high-pressure hose, it consists of of the oil tank, filter, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, the controls and pipeline. The drum is intended for control of the high-pressure hose during the operations on flushing the drainage systems.
